We found the Edgewonk 3.0 interface to be clean, modern, and professional, utilizing a dark-mode-first aesthetic that is easy on the eyes during long review sessions.

  ‍The sidebar menu is intuitive, separating the Journal, Charts, and Backtester clearly.
• Customization
  ‍The layout is widget-based, allowing traders to toggle specific metrics on or off depending on what they want to focus on.
• Data Entry
  ‍The trade entry screen is detailed but structured. While it requires more inputs than simple trackers (to power the psychology metrics), the flow is logical.
• Mobile Experience
  ‍There is no native app; however, the web interface is responsive. It works adequately on tablets for review, but inputting complex trade data on a smartphone screen can feel cramped.
• Onboarding
  ‍The platform offers a "Welcome" wizard and tooltips, but due to the analytical depth, new users should expect to spend 1-2 hours setting up their custom setups and importing historical data to get meaningful output.

  ‍Support is primarily handled through a ticketing system and email. There is no live chat or telephone support available. In our testing, email response times were generally within 24–48 hours.
• Help Center & Documentation
  ‍The platform offers a comprehensive Zendesk-based Help Center featuring detailed articles and troubleshooting guides for every feature, from importing trades to interpreting the Tiltmeter.
• Educational Resources
  ‍Edgewonk provides a "Journaling Course" and a robust YouTube channel filled with tutorials and trading psychology tips. These resources effectively bridge the gap between simple data entry and actual performance analysis.
• No Official Community
  ‍Unlike some competitors that host vibrant Discord or Slack servers for users to network, Edgewonk does not offer an official social community. The focus is strictly on your personal data and development.
