News Trading Rules (Qualified Analyst Accounts)

• Swing Accounts
• News trading is permitted. However, trades executed within 2 minutes before or after a news release must be held for a minimum of 2 minutes.
• Alpha Pro
  
  • Trading is not permitted within 2 minutes before or after high-impact news events.
• Alpha One, Alpha Pro 6%, Alpha Three
  
  • Trading is restricted during the 5-minute window before and after a high-impact news release.
• Evaluation Accounts
  
  • No restrictions apply—news trading is fully allowed.

Account Inactivity Policy

• Trading accounts will be permanently deactivated after 30 consecutive days of inactivity.
• To maintain account access, users must regularly log in and stay connected.
• Once deactivated, accounts cannot be reinstated or recovered.

Prohibited Trading Practices

• All-or-Nothing Strategy Ban:
  
  • High-risk “all or nothing” trading approaches are strictly prohibited.
• Order Spamming:
  
  • Rapid-fire entry of multiple orders within a short timeframe is not allowed.

Trade Duration Requirements

• The average duration of all trades must exceed 2 minutes.
• At least 50% of total profits must be derived from trades held longer than 2 minutes.

Alpha One Drawdown Policy

• If a 6% trailing drawdown resets after reaching a 6% profit, traders must maintain a buffer above the original balance.
• Withdrawing all profits immediately after the reset will result in account termination.

Risk Management Guidelines

• Repeatedly risking or losing 3.5% to 5% of capital in a single trade or in closely timed trades is considered excessive and is not permitted.

Allocation Limits – Qualified Analyst Accounts

• The maximum capital allocation per trading strategy is capped at $300,000.

Payout Options (Varies by Plan):

• Alpha Pro, Alpha Pro 6%, Alpha Three: Choose between Biweekly Payout or 2% On-Demand Payout during checkout.
• Alpha Swing, Alpha One: Eligible only for 2% On-Demand Payout.

Biweekly Payout

• Paid every 14 days
• Minimum withdrawal: $100 in gross profits

2% On-Demand Payout

• Withdrawals can be requested at any time, subject to:
  
  • The 40% Best Day Rule is met
  • At least 2% of gross profits remain in the account balance

40% Best Day Rule:

• No single trading day may account for more than 40% of total profits.
